Dawn Petersen joined the team at Benjamin West in August of 1999 as a Project Manager. In March 2000, she was promoted to Project Director.

Dawn came to Benjamin West from Vail Resorts Management Company, where she was a purchasing manager for seven years. Her responsibilities at Vail Resorts included the purchasing of uniforms, amenities, linens, and office supplies. Since joining Benjamin West, she has applied her purchasing skills to a number of projects, including extensive experience with some of the largest portfolio projects in the hospitality industry. The success of these projects is marked by her excellent organizational skills and high level of detail.

Dawn has worked on over 35 projects including 5 Marriott, 5 Residence Inn, 4 Hilton Garden Inn locations. Her recent completed projects include Los Altos Golf and Country Club, CA, Marriott-Detroit Metro Airport, MI and Sheraton-Fort Lauderdale, FL.
